Refund and Returns Policy We are happy to refund, exchange, reprint or credit any items of which are not of a quality photographic standard. We operate according to strict quality control guidelines to be able to provide you first class products. All products are colour adjusted and printed on archival paper. In relation to all refunds and returns, goods must be shipped back to us at your cost with a letter of explanation for the return and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed. We reserve the right to refuse to accept and to return parcels or deliveries that arrive COD. The goods must be returned in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and contents. When returning all goods, you need to provide your full contact details and name of the particular event/ wedding/ category/ stock to which the goods relate. Please note that refunds may take several days to process, depending on the nature of the purchase. You have 60 days from your order date in which to return any goods for refund or replacement. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days from your order date and no refunds will be available after this time.
